At Menarini, in collaboration with Talent Search People, we are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our team in Colombia, supporting both Menarini Colombia and Menarini Peru.

You will be part of a leading Italian pharmaceutical company with over 130 years of global presence and a strong footprint in Latin America. This position will be based in Colombia, with regular travel (at least one week per month) to Peru to ensure full HR support across both countries.
Función
In your day-to-day, you will: Act as the voice of the business in HR and the voice of HR in the business, aligning HR strategy with organizational objectives. Execute HR actions in all related areas, ensuring compliance with the legal framework, company policies, and best practices to attract and retain top talent. Educate and support managers in applying company values, policies, and practices, coaching them in their leadership role. Serve as the first point of contact for employees, managers, unions, and works councils, escalating complex cases when needed. Lead and implement HR projects across both countries, ensuring alignment with corporate initiatives. Provide insights and feedback to HR Centers of Excellence and HR Management to enhance policies and procedures. Maintain and update HR information systems (e.g., We People, payroll), and support audits, surveys, and compliance activities.
Requisitos
You are the person we are looking for if you have: A university degree in a related field (Industrial Relations, Psychology, Law, Economics, Sociology…) plus a Master’s in HR. At least 3 years of HR experience. Hands-on knowledge or training in employee relations topics: hiring, separations, disciplinary actions, grievances, payroll basics, and company policies. High proficiency in Spanish (negotiation level) and fluent English (C1 or equivalent). Strong IT literacy (Office, Google Suite, etc.). Availability to travel monthly to Peru.
