You will work at a prominent Italian pharmaceutical company with a global presence and a solid track record of over 130 years in the industry, located in Badalona. With a team of more than 700 professionals in Spain, they are among the top 15 pharmaceutical companies in the country. Their current focus covers key areas such as cardiovascular risk, respiratory, analgesia, male sexual health, and the digestive system. Additionally, they are committed to research and development of new products in various therapeutic areas, including oncology.
Función
Key Responsibilities: ● Lead cross-functional evaluations of new products, in-licensing opportunities, and portfolio expansion projects. ● Translate clinical and scientific data into actionable commercial insights and business cases. ● Collaborate with Medical, Market Access, BD&L, and Marketing to guide strategic decision-making. ● Coordinate and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple evaluations. ● Support strategic initiatives exploring new therapeutic areas or geographic markets. ● Prepare clear summaries and presentations to communicate findings to senior stakeholders.
Requisitos
What You Bring: – Education: University degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred). – Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing, New Product Planning, or Portfolio Strategy within the pharmaceutical industry at country level. – Skills: Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving capabilities. Proven ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional, international teams. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and drivedecisions. Skilled in project management and managing multiple priorities simultaneously. – Languages: Fluency in English required; additional European languages are a plus. Mindset: Collaborative, agile, and proactive — a “driver” who thrives in an open, respectful, and fast-paced environment.
