The AI Training and Project Manager is a pivotal role within the Global Strategic Business Operations & AI Team, directly contributing to the advancement of Menarini’s strategic objectives where AI is already being embedded in terms of solutions and ad hoc use cases. This function calls for an AI-skilled, contributory individual capable of transcending Generative AI solutions across the company and project managing diverse AI use cases for internal stakeholders exploring AI solutions now at increased pace. This role offers a unique opportunity to impact various Menarini business areas through the adoption of cutting-edge (AI-enhanced) digital solutions.

Función
MAIN ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Core assignment: Lead/contribute to the adoption and integration of (Generative) AI solutions into business processes according to the corporate strategy on AI, ensuring the prerequisite knowledge and leverage level of those technologies to enhance decision- making and operational efficiency. • Project Management: Oversee multiple innovative projects within the Menarini organization where AI technology is utilized, demonstrating a keen ability to manage project scopes, timelines, and budgets effectively. • Market/Vendor Analysis: Engage in market-scouting efforts to identify matching providers as well as pursuing emerging digital trends and technologies that can drive business growth and efficiency along business priorities and interests. • AI Training: Contribute to the overall training rollout initiatives across the functions of the organization as per Group priorities, including contribution to the production of relevant training materials and solutions. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders and/or external tech/service partners to devise optimal business solutions, ensuring alignment with Menarini’s innovation goals with respect to AI. • Innovation Leadership: While advancing/evolving within the overall SBO & AI team, increasingly participate in corporate Business Innovation projects with an emphasis on (Generative) AI technologies for the Menarini group.
Requisitos
JOB REQUIREMENTS Educational Background: • First (Bachelor’s) degree in Data Management, Digital Solutions, IT, or Process Engineering where AI was a concrete part of the theoretical background. • Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, LLMs, or related fields is a key advantage. Experience: • Minimum 3 years of engagement in AI-related projects, ideally for a Health / Pharma corporation or Health Service provider, for at least 5 years of total overall engagement. • Exposure to diverse (Gen) AI solutions and projects utilizing AI for internal and external stakeholders, with sound understanding of underlying corporate solutions (BI, CRMs, ERPs, etc.) and 3P as key data set pools for the models. • Proven track record of project management deliverables across diverse corporate stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams, showcasing strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Skills: • Proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Knowledge of Italian is certainly an asset for interacting with corporate stakeholders and facilitating better intra-organizational communication and engagement with local partners. • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to inspire teams and drive innovation effectively. • Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
