Reporting directly to the Corporate Accounting Projects Manager, the candidate will be responsible for the accounting activities in the functional area of both general accounting and management control for the recently incorporated entity Menarini Stemline Italia S.r.l., operating in the oncology business. The role will meet the growing administrative needs of the company and support the completion of the SAP ERP implementation.

Función
MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES – Activities and responsibilities assigned to the candidate will be mainly related to the company’s general accounting and preparation of financial statements, as well as supporting the preparation of reporting in the area of management control. – Responsibilities will also include activities related to accounting and corporate compliance. – Possibility to participate in the SAP implementation process, both at the legal entity and group level. Main internal and external stakeholders: – Internal stakeholders: Corporate Planning and Controlling Department, Corporate Legal Accounting Department, and Finance Italy Department. – External stakeholders: Consultants and external auditors.
Requisitos
JOB REQUIREMENTS – A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Economics is the minimum requirement. – Additional qualifications, such as a master’s degree and/or a postgraduate master’s, are considered a plus. – Minum of 3 years of experience in consulting or corporate roles within administration or controlling. Qualifications and skills: – Good knowledge of SAP system, particularly in the FI and CO modules (for general accounting and controlling). – Good/very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. – Good knowledge of both Italian and international accounting standards. – Good organization, punctuality, and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities. – Ability to work independently. Language Skills: – Good to very good written and oral English language skills.
