Función
Key Responsibilities: ● Liaison with Human Resources to monitor and control in scope personnel (both FTE and Contract). ● Maintain R&D Census. ● Contribute to the development and maintenance of the R&D Quality Portal (SharePoint site) regarding access, resources, and team subsites. ● Serve as the primary R&D QA Learning Management System (LMS) administrator and subject matter expert. ● Document, maintain, and implement LMS processes for Courses, Curricula, and Tests Groups and Learning Assignments. ● Partner with IT to manage and maintain change control and validation documentation for LMS. ● Monitor and track employee training records, issue regular training compliance reports thereby ensuring compliance with regulatory and company requirements. ● Support teams as needed including Inspections and Audits. ● Support the development of GxP specific training strategies. ● Identify an appropriate network of training content development vendors. ● Serve as the primary contact for engaging those vendors to develop training content. ● In partnership with R&D GxP Quality Assurance customer facing units, project manage the development and implementation of training projects that address the needs of the different GxP business areas in Menarini R&D. ● Evolve the training program based on feedback and changing industry standards. ● Seek and evaluate new means of creating and delivering educational content. ● Support the management and execution of business strategies for the Learning Management System. ● Build tactical relationships to further Quality organizational objectives and collaborate with varying levels in executing quality objectives. ● Contribute to the establishment of metrics reporting for appropriate areas in position scope (Training).
Requisitos
Qualifications & Skills: ● Education: BA/BS degree required, or equivalent experience in Life Sciences, Quality, or IT. ● Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical R&D or regulated industry, preferably supporting Learning Management Systems, specifically, The Cornerstone Learning Management Platform. ● Skills: ○ Proven ability to think creatively and develop/execute tactical plans. ○ Goes beyond the obvious and seeks novel approaches to complex issues. ○ Excellent communication skills including a keen sense of humor. ○ Strong judgment and decision-making skills; able to manage multiple activities and demanding, competing timelines. ○ Strong customer management skills, including an ability to actively listen and take onboard feedback, different perspectives, and concerns. ○ Strong “team player” who demonstrates initiative, willingness to roll-up their sleeves, and solve problems. ○ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes complex, multi-cultural environment. ● Languages: Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of other languages is a plus. ● Mindset: Collaborative, agile, and solutions-focused.
