Are you a process-oriented HR professional with a knack for regional coordination? We are offering an exciting 12- month stretch assignment for a motivated colleague to join the Western Europe HR team. In this pivotal role you will work closely with a number of stakeholders on various HR projects and initiatives. Your mission is to ensure that as we grow across Western Europe, our processes remain lean, aligned, and high-performing.

You will work at a prominent Italian pharmaceutical company with a global presence and a solid track record of over 130 years in the industry, located in Badalona. With a team of more than 700 professionals in Spain, they are among the top 15 pharmaceutical companies in the country. Their current focus covers key areas such as cardiovascular risk, respiratory, analgesia, male sexual health, and the digestive system. Additionally, they are committed to research and development of new products in various therapeutic areas, including oncology.

Función

What You’ll Work On: Process Harmonization ▪ Go deep into and track how countries operate to find synergies and ensure a «one-company» experience. ▪ Map and facilitate aligment of employee lifecycle processes (i.e. onboarding, offboarding, performance and salary review processes) across Western Europe countries. ▪ Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes, improve efficiency, and support HR technology initiatives. ▪ Support the identification of bottlenecks in workflows and propose regional synergies to streamline operations. ▪ Review and update process documentation using agreed guidelines. ▪ Collaborate with the Global ESG team to translate global goals into regional actions. ▪ Ensure all regional ESG activities stay on track and meet strict deadlines. Talent Management Coordination ▪ Support the Regional HR Manager in nurturing our internal talent pipeline. ▪ Build and maintain comprehensive records of regional talent management programs. ▪ Monitor the progress of high-potential programs and ensuring regional talent data is accurate for Global HQ reporting. ▪ Contribute to the identification of meaningful talent KPIs aimed at building regional reporting. Communications & Engagement ▪ Promote and manage regional communication channels to keep our Western Europe teams connected. ▪ Coordinate the planning and execution of both virtual and onsite regional events, ensuring high engagement. ▪ Coordinate and support employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives and community building efforts.

Requisitos

Your qualifications ▪ Prior experience in HR operations, administration, or a similar role, ideally within a matrix organization. ▪ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Powerpoint, Canva, etc. ▪ Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment. ▪ Proactive problem solver and disciplined self-starter that thrives in an ambiguous environment with ever-changing priorities. ▪ Excellent written and spoken English is essential, with proficiency in other European languages preferred.
